FlexiCard Policy

1. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy.
Naley Designs collects only the information necessary to create and manage your FlexiCard (e.g., name, contact details, business info). We will never share or sell your data to third parties. You may request to view, update, or delete your information at any time.

2. Terms of Use
By using FlexiCard, you agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful information on your digital card

Use FlexiCard for personal or business use only (no illegal or harmful content)

Not reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of the service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any cards that violate these terms.

3. Delivery Policy
FlexiCard is a digital card with a physical QR code component. Your digital card + single physical QR code card will be ready within 3–5 business days once your order and content are received. Rush delivery is available upon request — just let us know when ordering.

5. Edits Policy
Minor changes, such as link updates and text changes, are included in the FlexiCard subscription. However, a redesign of your digital card will attract an additional cost of $20 USD. If you are using the teams plan, a flat rate of $50 USD will be charged to redesign or rebrand all 5 FlexiCards. Please note that this is only applicable to the digital card, as the physical QR code card always remains the same unless requested.

6. Replacement Card

Replacement of the physical QR code card can be done. Replacements due to loss, damage, redesign, or any other reason outside of Naley Design's control will attract a replacement fee of $20 USD plus shipping.

Graphic Design & Logo Policy

1. Payment Policy

All design services require a 50% deposit to begin.
The final 50% is due upon completion and approval of the final files, before delivery.
Rush jobs may require full payment upfront.

2. Revision Policy

Packages include 2–3 free rounds of revisions, depending on the package chosen.
Additional revisions are available at a fee, quoted based on complexity.
Major changes (like a complete redesign) after final approval will be billed separately.

3. Turnaround Time Policy

Standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days, depending on the project scope.
Rush delivery (24–48 hours) is available at an extra cost and must be confirmed before payment.
Delays due to client inaction (e.g., late feedback or missing content) will push back delivery.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients own full rights to the final approved design.
Naley Designs reserves the right to display the design in portfolios or promotional materials unless requested otherwise in writing.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
If you cancel before any work begins, we will refund your deposit in full.
No refunds are given after final files have been delivered.

6. Delivery Policy

Final files will be sent via email in standard formats (PNG, JPG, PDF or AI where applicable).
You may request additional formats if needed at no extra cost.

7. Contact Policy

Design-related communication is handled via WhatsApp or email.
Regular response time is 24 hours (Monday to Saturday).
